Our commitment

Mariotti Law Group is committed to providing services that are accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to meet our obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation, and to treat all clients with dignity and independence.

Our website

We aim to meet Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 across this website. In practice, that means we work to provide:

  • Text and background colours with sufficient contrast for readability.
  • Full keyboard navigation, so the site can be used without a mouse.
  • Clear labels on form fields, buttons, and links.
  • A layout that adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops, and that respects your browser's text-size and reduced-motion settings.

Accessibility is ongoing work. If you encounter a barrier on this site, please tell us using the contact details below and we will do our best to fix it and to help you in another way in the meantime.

Accommodations and alternate formats

If you need information from us in an alternate format, or need a communication support, we will work with you to provide it in a way that meets your needs. If you require an accommodation to complete your estate plan or to attend your signing appointment, let us know in advance and we will make arrangements.

Giving us feedback

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of our service. You can reach us by email at estateplanning@mariottilaw.ca, by phone at 519-997-3775, or by mail at 625 Erie St. E., Windsor ON N9A 3Y1. We will acknowledge your feedback and respond as soon as we reasonably can.
